Argentina Truffle Beef Steak
- 1 piece of Truffle Beef Steak
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 stalk Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper for seasoning
- Submerged the steak in it’s bag in warm water for 10-15 mins.
- Pat dry the steak.
- Pan sear with olive oil on Medium-high heat on each side for about 30 sec to get a nice sear.
- Add in Rosemary, Garlic and Butter.
- Baste until your preferred doneness
- Plate and serve with your favourite side dish
