1. Boil ravioli and remove from heat, toss in some oil/butter to prevent sticking and set aside.
2. Saute some garlic with olive oil/butter, add in seafood to cook.
3. Add in cooked ravioli to pan and toss with all ingredients.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Plate, garnish with Avruga caviar and drizzle with truffle oil.
